White-labeling lets you present KonnectBot as a seamless extension of your own brand. You can remove the KonnectBot logo and name from the chat widget and outgoing emails, replace them with your own logo and color scheme, and point the workspace to a custom domain — so customers interact with your brand, not ours.
White-label and branding removal features are available on paid plans. Check your current plan in Settings > Billing to confirm access, or visit the plans and pricing page for a full feature comparison.

What white-labeling includes

Remove KonnectBot branding

Strip the KonnectBot logo and “Powered by KonnectBot” text from the chat widget and system emails.

Your logo and colors

Upload your own logo and set the widget’s primary color, header background, and launcher icon to match your brand.

Custom domain

Serve the chat widget and workspace from your own domain or subdomain instead of chat.konnectbot.com.

Chat widget customization

Customize the widget launcher icon, chat header text, and placeholder copy to fit your product’s voice.

Configure branding in your workspace

  1. Open Settings in your KonnectBot dashboard.
  2. Go to Branding.
  3. Toggle Remove KonnectBot branding to hide the logo and attribution text.
  4. Upload your logo and set your brand colors.
  5. Optionally, enter a custom domain under Custom Domain and follow the DNS setup instructions.
  6. Save your changes. The widget updates immediately for all new and returning visitors.

Set up a custom domain

Custom domain setup requires DNS changes on your domain registrar or DNS provider. After you add the required records, allow up to 24 hours for DNS propagation before the domain is fully active.
To configure a custom domain:
  1. In Settings > Branding > Custom Domain, enter the subdomain you want to use (for example, chat.yourcompany.com).
  2. KonnectBot displays the DNS records you need to add — typically a CNAME record pointing to KonnectBot’s servers.
  3. Log in to your DNS provider and add the records exactly as shown.
  4. Return to KonnectBot and click Verify Domain. Once DNS has propagated, the domain becomes active.
Match the widget’s primary color to your website’s main brand color for the smoothest visual integration. Most teams copy the hex value directly from their brand guidelines or website CSS.

Plan availability

White-label features — including branding removal, custom logo, and custom domain — are available on paid plans. See the plans and pricing page for a full breakdown of what is included on each tier.
