What white-labeling includes
Remove KonnectBot branding
Strip the KonnectBot logo and “Powered by KonnectBot” text from the chat widget and system emails.
Your logo and colors
Upload your own logo and set the widget’s primary color, header background, and launcher icon to match your brand.
Custom domain
Serve the chat widget and workspace from your own domain or subdomain instead of

Customize the widget launcher icon, chat header text, and placeholder copy to fit your product’s voice.
Configure branding in your workspace
- Open Settings in your KonnectBot dashboard.
- Go to Branding.
- Toggle Remove KonnectBot branding to hide the logo and attribution text.
- Upload your logo and set your brand colors.
- Optionally, enter a custom domain under Custom Domain and follow the DNS setup instructions.
- Save your changes. The widget updates immediately for all new and returning visitors.
Set up a custom domain
To configure a custom domain:- In Settings > Branding > Custom Domain, enter the subdomain you want to use (for example,
chat.yourcompany.com). - KonnectBot displays the DNS records you need to add — typically a
CNAMErecord pointing to KonnectBot’s servers. - Log in to your DNS provider and add the records exactly as shown.
- Return to KonnectBot and click Verify Domain. Once DNS has propagated, the domain becomes active.
