Yes. You can change your plan from the Settings → Billing page in your workspace. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.

What counts as an AI message?
An AI message is any automated reply sent by the KonnectBot AI assistant on your behalf. Each outgoing AI-generated response counts as one message against your monthly quota. Human agent replies do not count toward the limit.

When your workspace reaches its monthly AI message limit, the AI assistant stops sending automated replies for the remainder of that billing period. Human agents can still handle conversations normally. Upgrade your plan to restore AI replies immediately.

A chat widget is the embeddable script you add to a website. Each widget has its own configuration, appearance settings, and routing rules. If you run multiple sites or storefronts, you need one widget per domain. Pro and Enterprise plans support multiple widgets.
