What you can report on
Custom reports can cover any combination of the following areas:- Team performance — individual agent response times, conversation counts, and resolution rates
- Conversation trends — volume over time, including daily and weekly breakdowns
- CSAT over time — satisfaction score trends to track improvements or spot regressions
- AI vs human volume — how much of your traffic the AI assistant handles versus your agents
How to create a custom report
Choose your metrics and filters
Select the metrics you want to include — such as response time, conversation volume, or CSAT — and apply any filters (for example, by department or agent).
Click Generate
Click Generate to build your report. KonnectBot will calculate results based on your selected metrics, filters, and date range.
Exporting and sharing reports
After generating a report, use the Export button to download it in your preferred format. CSV works well for further analysis in spreadsheet tools; PDF is convenient for sharing with stakeholders who just need to read the results.Export format availability and report retention may depend on your KonnectBot plan.
