KonnectBot’s Reports feature lets you build focused views of your support data by choosing the metrics that matter to your team, applying filters, and setting any date range. Once a report is ready, you can export it or save it for ongoing reference.

What you can report on

Custom reports can cover any combination of the following areas:
  • Team performance — individual agent response times, conversation counts, and resolution rates
  • Conversation trends — volume over time, including daily and weekly breakdowns
  • CSAT over time — satisfaction score trends to track improvements or spot regressions
  • AI vs human volume — how much of your traffic the AI assistant handles versus your agents

How to create a custom report

Go to Analytics

Open your KonnectBot workspace and click Analytics in the left navigation.

Click Reports

Select the Reports tab within the Analytics section.

Click New Report

Click the New Report button in the top-right corner of the Reports page.

Choose your metrics and filters

Select the metrics you want to include — such as response time, conversation volume, or CSAT — and apply any filters (for example, by department or agent).

Set a date range

Use the date picker to define the time period your report should cover.

Click Generate

Click Generate to build your report. KonnectBot will calculate results based on your selected metrics, filters, and date range.

Export or save

Download your report as CSV or PDF, or save it to your Reports library to revisit later.

Exporting and sharing reports

After generating a report, use the Export button to download it in your preferred format. CSV works well for further analysis in spreadsheet tools; PDF is convenient for sharing with stakeholders who just need to read the results.
Schedule a weekly report to share with your leadership team. Save a report with your preferred metrics and date range, then regenerate it each week and export as PDF for distribution.
Export format availability and report retention may depend on your KonnectBot plan. If you need specific export options not available on your current plan, contact support@konnectbot.com to discuss your requirements.
