The mobile app is designed for agents responding to conversations. Admin tasks and workspace configuration — such as inviting agents, setting up departments, and managing billing — are best completed from the full web workspace at chat.konnectbot.com on a desktop browser.
What you can do in the mobile app
- Pick up conversations — see incoming chats and claim them from the queue.
- Send replies — compose and send messages to customers in real time.
- Manage your queue — view assigned and unassigned conversations across your departments.
- Receive notifications — get push alerts for new chats, mentions, and customer replies so you respond quickly.
- Update your availability — set your status to Online or Away directly from the app.
