How live translation works
When a visitor sends a message in a language different from your workspace’s default, KonnectBot detects the language and translates the message for the agent. When the agent replies, their message is translated back into the visitor’s language before it is delivered. Both sides of the conversation see messages in their preferred language. Neither the agent nor the visitor needs to adjust any settings — translation happens automatically within the chat interface.Enabling live translation
To turn on live translation for your workspace:- Go to Settings > Workspace in your KonnectBot dashboard.
- Open the Translation section.
- Toggle Live chat translation to on.
- Save your changes.

Plan availability
Live translation availability depends on your plan. Check your workspace settings under Settings > Workspace > Translation to confirm whether translation is active on your current plan. Upgrade your plan if the feature is not available in your settings.
