The Shopify integration brings your store data directly into every KonnectBot conversation. Agents see order status, shipping details, customer purchase history, and product availability the moment a chat opens — no tab-switching required. You can also send secure checkout links to customers without them ever leaving the chat.

Requirements

  • A KonnectBot Pro plan or above
  • An active Shopify store with admin access
The Shopify integration is available on Pro plan and above. Upgrade your plan in your KonnectBot workspace settings before proceeding.

How to connect Shopify

Go to Integrations in your KonnectBot dashboard

Open your KonnectBot workspace and navigate to Integrations in the left sidebar.

Click Shopify

Select the Shopify integration card to open the connection settings.

Enter your Shopify store URL

Type your Shopify store URL (e.g., your-store.myshopify.com) in the field provided.

Click Connect and authorize KonnectBot in your Shopify admin

You will be redirected to the Shopify App Store to install the KonnectBot app. Review the requested permissions and click Install app to authorize the connection.

The integration is now active

Return to your KonnectBot workspace. Agents will now see order context automatically in every chat from Shopify customers.

What agents see in chat

Once the integration is active, agents have access to the following data directly inside the chat panel:
  • Order status — current fulfillment and payment state for any order
  • Shipping information — carrier, tracking number, and estimated delivery
  • Customer purchase history — past orders and lifetime value
  • Product availability — real-time inventory levels for any item
Once connected, agents can look up any order just by asking the customer for their email address or order number. No manual searching in Shopify admin is needed.

In-chat payments with Shopify

KonnectBot’s in-chat payment feature works alongside your Shopify store to let agents send a secure checkout link directly inside the conversation. The customer completes the purchase without being redirected away from the chat. Checkout is PCI-compliant and handled securely through Shopify’s payment infrastructure. To send a payment link, open the chat actions menu during a conversation and select Send payment link. Enter the product or amount, and KonnectBot generates a checkout link the customer can tap to pay.
