Requirements
- A KonnectBot Pro plan or above
- An active Shopify store with admin access
The Shopify integration is available on Pro plan and above. Upgrade your plan
in your KonnectBot workspace settings before proceeding.
How to connect Shopify
Go to Integrations in your KonnectBot dashboard
Open your KonnectBot workspace and navigate to Integrations in the left
sidebar.
Enter your Shopify store URL
Type your Shopify store URL (e.g.,
your-store.myshopify.com) in the field
provided.Click Connect and authorize KonnectBot in your Shopify admin
You will be redirected to the Shopify App Store to install the KonnectBot
app. Review the requested permissions and click Install app to authorize
the connection.
What agents see in chat
Once the integration is active, agents have access to the following data directly inside the chat panel:- Order status — current fulfillment and payment state for any order
- Shipping information — carrier, tracking number, and estimated delivery
- Customer purchase history — past orders and lifetime value
- Product availability — real-time inventory levels for any item
