KonnectBot’s team is available through several direct channels depending on the nature of your inquiry. Every message is read and routed to the right person. Weekday inquiries typically receive a response within one business day.

Contact channels

Product Support

For general and product support questions, email support@konnectbot.com. Include your workspace or account email and a short description of the issue. Adding relevant conversation IDs or screenshots helps us resolve things faster.

Sales and Partnerships

For volume pricing, procurement, partnerships, and integration discussions, email sales@konnectbot.com. Share your approximate agent count and requirements and we will route you to the right person.

Security

For vulnerability reports and security questionnaires, email security@konnectbot.com. Include your company name, workspace size, and any deadline. Avoid sharing exploit details in public forums.

Privacy requests

For privacy rights requests — including data access, correction, deletion, and Data Processing Agreement questions — email privacy@konnectbot.com. See the Data Privacy page for more information.

Response expectations

  • Standard inquiries — typically within one business day on weekdays
  • Urgent issues — mark the subject line “URGENT” and include a short impact summary to get prioritized attention
  • Security reports — use security@konnectbot.com and avoid sharing exploit details in public forums or general support channels
