# Contact KonnectBot: Support, Sales, and Security

KonnectBot's team is available through several direct channels depending on the nature of your inquiry. Every message is read and routed to the right person. Weekday inquiries typically receive a response within one business day.

* **Standard inquiries** — typically within one business day on weekdays
* **Urgent issues** — mark the subject line "URGENT" and include a short impact summary to get prioritized attention
